On some sites, those few seconds change the outcome.

Thank you for your continued support of B-EAR products.

Two-way radios have carried one constraint for so long that it is taken for granted: while one person talks, the other waits. Press the button, wait for them to finish, then answer. It is only a few seconds. But on some sites, those few seconds change the outcome.

What we build are radios without that constraint. Everyone talks and listens at the same time. Nobody waits their turn. Nobody has to shout. Whoever spots a danger can say so the moment they see it. The name BRIDGECOM carries that idea — a bridge built between one part of a site and another.

The company was founded in 2008 with capital of 300,000 yen. We did not set out to become a radio manufacturer. A small company that began with importing and mail order gradually started building its own products, and it has been 11 years since we launched our own brand, B-EAR, in 2015.

B-EAR is not a company that invents technology from scratch. We take excellent technology that already exists, combine it with the eyes of the worksite, and turn it into a new way of working. It is editing rather than invention. So what is asked of us is not to know more than anyone else, but to listen to the worksite better than anyone else. Construction, healthcare and nursing care, sport, forestry — it has always been our customers who showed us what the products were for.

In 2026 we launched a new brand, ReaCom. It is an attempt to step outside the frame of the two-way radio and design how meaning actually travels on site. Ways to connect have multiplied over the past decade. Even so, accidents caused by something not getting through have not disappeared. Our work is not finished.

B-EAR's company motto is: never betray your own curiosity. When something catches our attention, we do not leave it alone. What we see and hear on site becomes the next product. That will not change.

Toward a world where every word from the worksite gets through.

We ask for your continued support.
